1. Business Identity

ABEER-AL-AQIB is a business brand owned and managed by AL HABIBI ENTERPRISE, engaged in trading, retail, wholesale, distribution, import/export, and related commercial activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Any customer, supplier, distributor, reseller, visitor, or business partner dealing with ABEER-AL-AQIB is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Services

• All products/services are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or update any product without prior notice.
• Product images, packaging, color, size, and descriptions may vary slightly from actual items.

4. Pricing Policy

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes, duties, shipping charges, or government levies may apply separately.
• Final invoice price shall be binding at the time of confirmed order.

5. Orders & Payments

• Orders shall be considered confirmed only after payment confirmation.
• We operate on a Prepaid Payment Only model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete orders.
• Payments once confirmed are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
• Delays due to courier, customs, weather, strikes, or force majeure shall not create liability against us.
• Risk of goods passes to customer upon dispatch/delivery.

7. Return, Exchange & Refund

We follow a No Return / No Refund / No COD policy. Limited exceptions apply only for cases of wrong product delivery or transit damage with verifiable proof, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless specifically mentioned in writing, products are sold as available and without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, names, branding, packaging designs, product descriptions, promotional materials, website content, and trade identity of ABEER-AL-AQIB remain the exclusive property of Al Habibi Enterprise and may not be copied or misused without written consent.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

• To provide accurate details.
• Not to misuse products.
• Not to engage in fraudulent transactions.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABEER-AL-AQIB / Al Habibi Enterprise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of products or services.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, transport disruption, labour disputes, or government restrictions.

13. Distributor / Dealer Terms

Any dealer, reseller, or distributor must obtain written authorization. Unauthorized resale using our brand identity may invite legal action.

14. Privacy & Data Use

Customer information may be used for order processing, support, invoicing, and lawful business communication. We do not intentionally misuse private data.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by applicable commercial laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to competent courts/arbitration authority in the jurisdiction where Al Habibi Enterprise is registered.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
