• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, with a full refund.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders up to ₹5,000.
• All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms of service and applicable banking regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page. While we endeavour to meet stated delivery timelines, delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances do not constitute a breach of these terms.
