Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Before dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
• After dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our returns process below.
• COD orders: Refusing delivery of a COD order without prior cancellation may result in a fee being deducted from any future store credit.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

To initiate a return, email us at alhabibifragrance2015@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account within 7 business days. You will need to provide your bank details.
• Razorpay payment gateway refunds may take an additional 3–5 banking days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photograph of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift wrapping charges
• Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
• Promotional or free items received with an order
