Effective Date: 16 April 2026. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We operate on a Prepaid Payment Only model.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances unless officially approved in writing by management.
- Orders shall be processed only after full payment confirmation.
2. No Refund Policy
- All confirmed and paid orders are considered final and non-refundable.
- Once payment is received and order processing has begun, no cancellation or refund request shall be entertained.
- Refunds will only be considered if legally required or where the company is unable to fulfill the paid order.
3. No Return Policy
- We follow a strict No Return Policy on all products sold.
- Products once dispatched, delivered, or accepted by the customer cannot be returned for exchange, resale, personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to defects.
4. Exception Cases (Company Discretion Only)
Return / replacement consideration may be given only in the following limited situations:
May Be Considered
- Wrong product delivered by our company
- Product received physically damaged during transit (with valid unboxing proof)
- Product materially defective at delivery
Not Eligible
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Delay caused by courier or third party
- Minor packaging variation
- Product misuse by customer
- Used/opened items
- Failure to read description before purchase
- Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing video and product evidence must be provided.
- Final approval remains solely at company discretion.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping, handling, packaging, convenience fees, taxes, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
- Re-shipping charges for refused or wrong-address orders shall be borne by the customer.
6. Fraud Prevention
Any false claims, manipulated evidence, chargeback misuse, or abusive conduct may lead to permanent blacklisting and legal recovery action.
7. Right to Refuse Orders
ABEER AL AQIB reserves the full right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order without obligation where risk, fraud, stock issue, pricing error, or policy breach is suspected.
8. Legal Acceptance
By making payment or placing an order, the customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of this No COD / No Refund / No Return Policy.
